They live on streets, remain hungry, face violence, accept poverty and struggle to survive but never stopped dreaming, never stopped trying and never stopped believing. Their dreams are as bright as any other child in this world. They have all the potential to achieve it. Only thing they lack is a fair chance and opportunity. Some were denied to go to school, to rectify and show case their talents, to even have a happy and carefree childhood, that every child in this world deserves. So, as a team, we focus on high-quality, low-cost and replicable interventions to address gaps in the education system by working directly with children and youth, the major population who will definitely make our country a developed one.

     We live in a world full of pollution, continue to ignore it and think about it only at the end. To avoid this, our team also deals with different environmental issues. We take responsibility to protect the coasts, forests, wildlife, wetlands and rivers. We also believe that all sections of the society needs awareness and we also encourage the people to commit themselves to conserve our natural wealth and resources. We achieve this goal through Communication, Community Building and Projects by demonstrating the critical link between ecosystems and human welfare.

     It is important for both gender to participate in the gender development programmes and initiatives. There are more places where gender is being a great obstacle hence we need more intervention to bring a balance in gender relations and power equations. To reduce that socially constructed gender roles, our team aims to perform as a channel for bringing about social, economic and legal empowerment of women belonging to the underprivileged sections of society through intervention in the areas like legal rights, economic initiatives, skill building, entrepreneurship development and health.

     As cities are taking a giant leap towards development, we totally forget about many unknown villages which still gives shelter to unfamiliar tribal communities. They are human beings and citizens of India who deserve all necessities which city people needs. To provide that, we focus on support and development issues among tribal communities to address problems of land alienation, displacement, and political disempowerment. Our mission is to uphold the traditional, constitutional, and human rights of the tribal or adivasi people.

     In this society, people should be treated equally where differently abled is not an exception. We aspire to improve the quality of life for differently abled by supporting them to get better mobility, education, livelihood, employment in social and cultural aspects. We also focus to ensure equal opportunities in all field and promote their social inclusion to work towards the rights and entitlements.

     India is the key to a democratic Asia. India’s democracy has survived, despite many countries have yielded to dictatorship and military rule. The success or failure of democracy means a lot for the future of democracy, not only in India but in other countries as well. Successful democratic government never ignores the masses that work at fields and factories. Right to hold opinion is never suppressed in a true democracy. The laws are framed according to democratic ideas and ideals. Democracy avoids conflict and confrontation, creates a peaceful atmosphere for discussion and compromise. If we want our democracy to survive, we should be more vigilant and the people should be more educated to realize the importance of democratic values. This we aim to enlighten the masses so that they will be in a position to assert their democracy in the real sense of the term.

But the gap between Indian youngsters and our real society is getting increased due to many factors. To decrease this gap and to make Indian youngsters more responsible, to deliver their societal duties, we started “What India needs from its Youngsters Campaign” with which we began a journey towards Giving the youth, a proper environment. Motivating them, extending them the support they need because each one of them has infinite source of energy. They will definitely deliver their best and we will definitely move forward, towards development.

     Disaster Management refers to the conservation of lives and property during natural or man-made disasters. Our disaster management plans are multi-layered and are planned to address issues such as floods, hurricanes, rapid spread of disease and droughts. Our nation is vulnerable to natural disasters because of its unique geo-climatic condition, having recurrent floods, droughts, cyclones, earthquakes, and landslides.
